Do you have customers with billing structures that differ from your typical billing hours? If so, you can customize their day/night/evening billing time frames. On the customer record, select Yes for Custom Time Settings, then click on Set Custom Time Settings. This controls whether the system pulls a daytime, evening, or late night rate for a particular job/appointment.
