Gridcheck is transitioning from username-based logins to email-address-based logins. This page explains what is changing, and what actions you may need to take.

What Is Changing?
Historically, Gridcheck users signed in using a username only. Going forward, users will be able to sign in using their email address instead. Username logins will eventually be retired in favor of email address based logins.
As part of this transition:
- Your email address will become your login ID.
- You will receive a new temporary password to use with your email address.
- Your access to organizations and account information will remain unchanged.
Universal Login Users
Some service providers work with multiple organizations in Gridcheck using a single login. These accounts are commonly referred to as Universal Logins.
If you have a Universal Login, your email address will continue to be associated with all of your organizations.
After signing in, you will see one organization at a time. The organization name will appear at the top of the screen. To switch between organizations, use the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the page.
You may also select the pin icon next to an organization to make it your default organization when you sign in.
What Do I Need To Do?
- Watch for an email containing your temporary password.
- Sign in using your email address instead of your username.
- Change your password when prompted.
