Gridcheck does not purposefully discriminate on the basis of individual disability and will always work to comply with all website related accessibility laws. The software we are responsible for is available in alternative formats upon request.
In all instances we look to the accessibility standards published by WCAG 2.1 with an eye to conforming to Level A.
Compliance Thresholds
Though 100% accessibility is always the goal, naturally occurring mistakes, system glitches, and developer errors are inevitable. To combat this we set aside scheduled time, at least annually, to review the system for compliance errors introduced through the normal course of updating the system.
As always, we welcome you to report any concerns you have or request accommodations if you discover an issue with our software.
Reporting Concerns and Requests for Accommodation
Accessibility questions, concerns, and feedback can be directed to: support@gridcheck.com or by calling 505-303-0562.
Process For Addressing Concerns
Gridcheck updates the site regularly and valid concerns will be addressed quickly within a reasonable timeframe considering the scope of the request. If digital compliance efforts prove slow or difficult, alternative accommodations will be provided if possible.
